Antoinette Thrift

Litigation Paralegal

Toni's specialty areas as our litigation paralegal include personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. She has lived in Fort Myers for most of her life, having moved to this area from upstate New York in the 1970s.

Toni began her career as a radio announcer and local talk show host. As a radio personality, she also worked in the areas of marketing, public relations, promotional events and advertising.

After a decade in radio, Toni became a family law paralegal and office administrator. Eventually, intrigued by personal injury and wrongful death litigation, she gravitated toward those areas of law. Toni worked for 12 ½ years at  large local law firm, followed by 5 years as an insurance defense paralegal. In 2001, she returned to the Plaintiff side of the equation when she joined our team.

Toni pursued paralegal studies at Edison State College, followed by Business Administration at Barry University. In 2008, having met the requirements set forth by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida, she became a Florida Registered Paralegal.

When not at the office, Toni is most likely to be found in the pursuit of all things equestrian. She and her husband enjoy training, riding and camping with their three horses.

Caroline Moriarty

Litigation Paralegal

Caroline has long history of working in the legal field. Prior to joining Goldberg Noone in 2014, she worked at other well-known local law firms in Fort Myers.

Caroline's career has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and insights into not only personal injury law, but many other practice areas, too.

Born in Fort Myers, Caroline is responsible for helping file our client's personal injury lawsuits with the courts, coordinating the collection of all documents necessary to properly prepare your case. She also spends much of her day communicating with the attorneys and paralegals representing the people who are responsible for your injuries, and the Judges in the 20th Judicial Circuit and their assistants to ensure all parties involved are always informed as to the status of your case.

Caroline and her husband have two beautiful young daughters. When not at work, they enjoy spending family time at the beach and other area attractions

Michelle Keezel

Litigation Paralegal

Michelle is attorney Mike Noone's personal assistant, and Legal Assistant to our trial team. Originally from Springfield, Illinois, she came to Naples in April of 1991. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and also attended American Institute for Paralegal Studies to obtain her paralegal certificate.

In 1991, Michelle embarked on her legal career in the Naples Office of Goldberg, Goldstein & Buckley. She steadily advanced her career through the company, learning the business of law and providing an array of case research, court documentation, records filing and countless other duties in support of the firm's lawyers and insurance specialists. Michelle has worked side-by-side with Attorney Mike Noone continuously since 1999, and is proud to have been with our firm since we opened our doors in July 2000.

Michelle is a proud parent of a daughter who recently graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

 Michelle lives in Fort Myers, and she loves to spend her free time perfecting her tennis backhand. She is also involved with several local community organizations, and enjoys volunteering in support of events and programs that provide charitable and philanthropic benefits to the people of Southwest Florida.

Nicole Walton

Legal Assistant

A North Fort Myers native, Nikki began working in the legal field at a local law firm in 2001, after working in office administration at Mermaid Manufacturing, Inc.

Nicole joined the Goldberg Noone, LLC family in May 2006. She works closely with our attorneys, providing support documentation and research records to the trial team, ensuring that all of the required court documents are filed and recorded regarding your case, and negotiating bills and liens after your case has settled.

Nikki has three sons (22, 15 and 1), her son Levi played football for the University of Arizona and graduated in the Summer 2018. Nikki is a passionate sports fan and enjoys going to football, basketball, hockey and baseball games. She enjoys running, working out, traveling and everything involving the great outdoors, especially the water. Nikki gladly volunteers for many organizations, including Meals on Wheels.

Jackie Silva

Legal Assistant

A native of New Jersey, Jackie has been with Goldberg Noone since 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she was a receptionist for a major area private country club.

Her responsibilities include working with our Personal Injury Case Analysts and Attorneys to ensure that all paperwork related to your injury case is processed quickly and accurately, and submitted to the insurance companies involved.

Jackie is also responsible for helping our clients with scheduling their appointments for their Compulsory Medical Exams, (CMEs), which is a medical examination performed by a medical provider selected by the insurance company of the person who we feel is responsible for your injuries.

Jackie is fluent in Spanish, which can be a great help in communicating with our Spanish-speaking clients.

Jackie is married and has one son, and when she's not working she enjoys being with her family.

Wanda Roman

Legal Assistant

Wanda is a Legal Assistant at Goldberg Noone, and coordinates setting appointments with our clients and our attorneys and Personal Injury Case Analysts. She is also responsible for entering all the important details and communications regarding your case into our in-house database, which our office uses to track the progress of your injury claim.

Wanda is originally from New Jersey, and prior to joining our law firm in 2010, she was Office Administrator at a large outdoor patio furniture firm for more than a dozen years.

Wanda is also fluent in Spanish, and is extremely proficient in making sure there are no documents or notes related to your file that are incomplete or inaccurate.

Wanda has five grandchildren, and loves spending time with her family and spoiling her grandkids.

Karen Koenig

Legal Assistant

Karen is a key part of our support team and works with medical providers and insurance companies to coordinate the processing of costs related to your personal injury case. She also acts as a liaison between you and your medical providers, making certain that all invoices and other correspondence related to your case are processed quickly and correctly.

Karen has been with Goldberg Noone since 2004. Prior to joining our firm, she was a medical secretary.

A Pennsylvania native, Karen and her husband were also recently blessed with their new grandson, and they enjoy spending time with him. They also enjoy dining out and attending the theater and live concerts.

Anne Durkin

Receptionist

Since 2012, Anne Durkin has been the first representative of Goldberg Noone to greet visitors and clients, as well as handling the ever-busy telephones for the firm.  Anne is also actively involved in setting up new files, gathering information, and organizing various aspects of our office to keep things running smoothly. 

Anne is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania, and has lived in the Lee County area for 10 years with her husband of 24 years, Michael. 

Prior to working at Goldberg Noone, Anne's career included many years working as a veterinary technician.

Anne is a passionate advocate for animals, adopting countless pets through the years, many with disabilities.  She enjoys participating in dog agility competitions all over Florida, winning numerous awards with her dogs, Olive and Skip, who is an amputee.
