Hold Your Nose, Here Goes the Cold Water: The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Posted by Scot D. Goldberg | Aug 19, 2014 | 0 Comments

When attorneys Scot Goldberg, Ray Racila and Mike Noone got nominated to undergo the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, they wasted no time in getting their feet wet — and everything else.

And since no good deed deserves to go unpunished, they in turn nominated others to take the challenge — including Goldberg Law attorneys Sheba Abraham and Aliana Payret.

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is a social media phenomenon for a worthy cause — once you are nominated to undergo it, you donate $10 to the ALS Association and then either undergo the challenge of having a bucket of ice water dumped on your head or else donating $100 to the ALS Association. Once you've undergone it? Nominate someone else, and let the fun and paying-forward continue! ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease, and the ALS Association fights it on every front through research and assistance — a worthy cause indeed.

Without further ado, and even though the world might not be ready for it, here's Scot Goldberg and crew getting soaked to the skin. Check it out:
