The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced yesterday the recall of two potentially dangerous products that could cause serious personal injury to consumers.
The first recall is of a car seat adaptor meant to hold a stroller inside a vehicle, imported by Baby Jogger LLC, of Richmond, VA. The CPSC is alerting consumers that the car seat adapter supports can fail, causing the car seat to fall to the floor. There have been two incidents of infants receiving injuries to their heads and toes.

The Vitamix 64-Ounce Low Profile Container is a clear plastic container with a black plastic handle and lid, and was sold as part of Vitamix blender models 7500, Professional Series 300, Professional Series 750, and also sold individually.
