Antoinette Thrift

Litigation Paralegal

Toni's specialty areas as our litigation paralegal include personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. She has lived in Fort Myers for most of her life, having moved to this area from upstate New York in the 1970s.

Toni began her career as a radio announcer and local talk show host. As a radio personality, she also worked in the areas of marketing, public relations, promotional events and advertising.

After a decade in radio, Toni became a family law paralegal and office administrator. Eventually, intrigued by personal injury and wrongful death litigation, she gravitated toward those areas of law. Toni worked for 12 ½ years at a large local law firm, followed by five years as an insurance defense paralegal. In 2001, she returned to the Plaintiff's side of the equation when she joined our team.

Toni pursued paralegal studies at Edison State College, followed by Business Administration at Barry University. In 2008, having met the requirements set forth by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida, she became a Florida Registered Paralegal.

When not at the office, Toni is most likely to be found in the pursuit of all things equestrian. She and her husband enjoy training, riding and camping with their three horses.
