Fort Myers personal injury attorney Scot D. Goldberg has been announced as the moderator of the upcoming NBI (National Business Institute) legal continuing educational seminar entitled, The Judges Speak: Civil Litigation Do's and Don'ts.

The seminar has been developed for attorneys to learn directly from Lee, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades County Judges about the proper way to prepare and present their cases, and abide by the rules of Lee County's 20th Judicial Circuit.

The event will take place on Friday, May 20, from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm at the Holiday Inn Downtown Fort Myers. The hotel is located at 2431 Cleveland Avenue.
