Scot Goldberg has started a trend throughout the office that is catching on and making all of us aware of the needs of those around us.  His example has helped to remind each of us of the importance of reaching out to others.

Scot has been delivering Meals on Wheels every Christmas Day for the past several years, which he found to be very rewarding.  He recently expanded his volunteer time with the organization by delivering breakfast once a week as well.

When those of us in the office learned about the work he’s been doing with Meals on Wheels, we all became interested in helping.  Staff members are taking turns to accompany Scot each week, to help him with the breakfast deliveries.

Those who have already had the opportunity to participate have consistently come back to the office, telling the rest of us about what a tremendous experience it has been, and how good it felt to reach out to others in the community.    Scot’s example is catching on…and now, we’re all looking forward to the opportunity to help out!
